* 4-5 years experience in Java/J2EE Development with SOA

* Possess good knowledge of object-oriented design and development (OOA/OOD) and the J2EE framework and data architectures.

* Experience in deploying applications and knows to configure Weblogic.

* Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with quick adaptation to new technologies, methodologies, and systems

* Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Knowledge of Spring & Hibernate frameworks, AJAX, MQSeries

• Certification in Java Development.

• Experience working with in an on-shore/off-shore development model

• Proficiency in using code analysis and debugging tools.

• Must be well conversant with Change management process; hands on experience with any code configuration tool like ClearCase or SVS.

• Must be well versant with testing processes
