Developer - Java Technologies: 3-6 years of experience in application

development on J2EE (JSP, servlets, EJB).
Strong working experience with an RDBMS, preferably Oracle.
Strong business/domain orientation in order to take requirements from business and develop solutions.

Pre-requisities: Strong academic backgound in engineering (or related

fields).
Aptitude to learn, and work on large-scale solutions.
Excellent communication (oral & written) skills.
