Desired Candidate Profile

7-14 years experience is required.

Technical skills:

· Strong skills in Unix shell scripting

· Excellent understanding of database schema and performance

· Excellent skills in Java, J2EE, JSF, Spring and Hibernate frameworks

· Flair in using different application servers and experience in deployment configurations

· Exposure to application architectures involving integration with COBOL backend is desirable.

Soft skills:

· Strong ability to work as an individual contributor as well as work with teams

· Mentoring software developers and designers

· Exceptional communication skills and demonstrated ability to interact and engage customers including technical and business managers
